All fourth grade and new students are required to have a physical. If you have already had a physical for your child, and have not turned it into the health office, please do so as soon as possible. If your child has not had a physical, but you prefer your own physician do one, please let the health office know. If you would like the school physician, Dr. Nash, to preform the physical let me know and I will schedule it.You can contact me at 648-7522. ALL THIRD AND FIFTH GRADE STUDENTS, AS WELL AS ANY NEW STUDENTS, WILL RECEIVE A HEARING AND VISION SCREENING. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED IN WRITING IF YOUR CHILD DOES NOT PASS ONE OF THE SCREENINGS.

A law passed in 2007 requires New York State public schools to request, or ask, for a dental health certificate of students, at the time of school entry and in grades K, 2, 4, 7, and 10, declaring their dental health condition.
